Returns Policy


We are sure you will love your purchase but if for some reason it's not suitable then we allow 14 days to return your item for a refund or exchange. We are not able to offer a refund or exchange on purchases returned after the 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on grooming products and underwear unless faulty.

To return your item please follow the procedure below:

1. Drop us a quick email to so we know to expect your parcel, along with a brief reason as to why you are sending your item back and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

2. Post your parcel, preferably using recorded delivery, to: Liz and Fitz, 71 Parchment Street, Winchester, SO23 8AT. We cannot take responsibility for any parcel lost in the post and refunds or exchanges will only be processed upon receipt of your item.

3. Once your item has been received at the above address, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days.
